Susan oversees the rental communities in the Steen Realty Portfolio, as well as the rent-up, staffing and oversight of the new developments in progress. She is also the licensed Real Estate Sales Professional responsible for the sales/leasing of Steen Realty Commercial Property Portfolio. In addition, Susan handles Steen’s advertising and marketing activities. 

Susan is a resident of Dartmouth, where she’s lived since 1989. She has been with Steen, which was co-founded by her husband, James, for 10 years.
