Ashley Steen
Project Manager and Real Estate Saleperson
Ashley is involved in several facets of the Real Estate industry including development, real estate sales and property management.
After earning an M.S. in Historic Preservation from the Pratt institute, she spent several years working for a development company in Jersey City, NJ, that specialized in the adaptive re-use of historic buildings which promoted Main street revitalization, small business growth and walk-able living. Ashley has since returned to her home town of Dartmouth, MA to join the family business that was created by her father over 30 years ago.
Steen Realty & Development Corp have a variety of projects including a market rate rental property, an affordable rental property administered through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, several subdivisions containing both market rate and affordable single family homes under the Massachusetts Chapter 40(b), as well as several spec houses built to suit the surrounding area. Ashley is involved closely in the management of the rental properties and implements new development as a Project Manager and Real Estate salesperson.
