Ken is the owner/manager of Steen Realty and Development. He is responsible for the oversight of all day-to-day activities, including site selection and acquisition, permitting, and financing, as well as general management of all construction activities. His projects have included multiple residential subdivisions, apartment complexes permitted both through conventional methods as well as via Chapter 40B, and mixed-use commercial, retail, and residential projects. 

Ken has been a resident of Dartmouth since 1989.
